From the moment we dealt with your wife who assisted us with booking the appointment and dealing with queries we had with regards to the medical aid portion, we felt we were in the right hands. Once we met you and saw how you deal with your patients, we could see why you have come so highly recommended. I am sure I am not alone in saying that I normally do not look forward to a visit to the dentist chair, but I can honestly say that you made the experience a pleasurable one and I looked forward to catching up with you the next time we met. You are extremely considerate in the way you deal with the various situations and have an exceptional ‘chairside’ manner. I think the biggest evidence of that is the fact that my 8 year old daughter asks me when we can go and visit Dr. Hanre again every time we drive past your practice. She sees a visit to the Dentist as a positive experience and that is thanks to you.
I appreciate the fact that you recognise that you are not an expert in all areas and recommended the best treatment and referred us to experts when so required. I think it is very encouraging that your colleges speak so highly of you too. What really impressed me though was the way you followed up with us even once we were in the safe hands of your colleges. You still handled us as your patient and this gave us a tremendous amount of reassurance.
